BEYOND THE DANCE

On the afternoon of November 4th the "BEYOND THE DANCE" concert occurred and guess what, it was really beyond the dance, music and drama ministration that was presented, Souls where saved and lifes were changed and the turn out was unexpected. Thanks to God cos we know that it is not of he that worketh or of he that runneth but by God that showeth mercy. CAN SOMEONE SAY HALLELUYAH "SYLLABICLLY" HAAAAA - LLEEEE -LUUUUU YAH!!! jokes

The Concert started with an opening prayer then after that it moved to praise and worship and this was handle very well by the HOD of the Sounds Of Many Water (SOMW)and the following took place there after:

Introduction of MAKARIOS (The ministry) by the 1st generation of makarios members which lead to a Dance presentation of a mix of different songs and sound track by the makarios dance crew explaining the semantics behind the makarios logo.

Heaven was man's home which he was born into,that which he lost due to sin. But he was bought back by the blood;the blood of antonement by which he now has a new life and is therefore called Blessed which in hebrew is called MAKARIOS.

Introduction of Beyond the Dance

1.The Message Beyond the Dance:

The message beyond the dance is the word of God which gives hope to the hopeless, dilverance to the captive and healing to the sick. Luke 4:18.I NEED AN ANGEL by Ruben Studard was choroegraphed to by the makarious crew

2.The Music Beyond the Dance:

Many are the genre of music which we have today, which are mainly categorized into Secular and Gospel music.Here we focus on the Gospel music which is the music inspired by God which brings a feeling of refreshment and restoration which cannot be found in any other kind of music. Here the makarios crew did a tap dance which was linked to ROOFTOP MC's Bottom line aka "D song dey Tap"
